Case

TRANSPORT

Return bus services will be provided between Hilton Brisbane and Brisbane Grammar School.

Day 1, 8 April:
1. Delegates taking the bus must gather at Concierge, Level 1 of Hilton Brisbane by 7:50 am as bus departs at 8:00 am sharp. The journey will be about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic conditions).
2. Return bus from Brisbane Grammar School to Hilton Brisbane at 5:25 pm.

Day 2, 9 April:
1. Delegates taking the bus must gather at Concierge, Level 1 of Hilton Brisbane by 8:20 am as bus departs at 8:30 am sharp. The journey will be about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic conditions).
2. Return bus from Brisbane Grammar School to Hilton Brisbane at 5:15 pm.

DRIVING

For delegates who are driving, please note that parking is available on the campus in the staff carpark located on the western side of the campus. The carpark is numbered 42. Please note that the entrance to the carpark is located on College Road and is a left-hand turn only.

Note: For delegates who are making their own way to Brisbane Grammar School, you may collect your conference materials starting from 8 a.m. at The Lilley Centre.

REGISTRATION

You can collect your conference materials and name badge during registration at Brisbane Grammar School on Monday, 8 April, 8 a.m. at The Lilley Centre Learning Commons.

IMPT NOTE: Your name badge with your lanyard is your entrance ticket to all conference sessions. Please wear your name badge at all times.

Delegates who are registered for the Main Conference will have their respective name badges distributed together with Schools Programme badge on Day 1 at Brisbane Grammar School.
